9/24/2019 Magix Content And Soundpools
Hi all, First of all, sorry to her about the problems you're apparently experiencing. Please be assured that we are looking into this.
You can add new content to Music Maker at any time via the in-app Store. This clip shows you how to purchase and start using the additional instruments, Soundpools, program functions and full Music Maker Editions available in the Store.
However, in order to do so, we will need more information and would encourage you to get in touch directly with our tech support team. There is no serial number for the Steam version, but you will be able to register your product via the appropriate option in the 'Help' menu of the program. Once registered, you can raise a support ticket through your MAGIX user account on our support website. You will be able to pick the Steam product from your list of registered products.
If you're having problems with that, please log out completely from the support website and log back in again, or simply raise a ticket via the 'sales' branch of the contact facility. The tickets will be assigned to the correct department in the end. The Problem we have, especially with the Premiumversion is that the packages are either nonexistant or named wrong or in the wrong path. I have 8 Packages which can not be installed due to their predefined nonexistance. Also they seem all in all to be named wrongly '.ms' instead of.msi Can we have a list of those 8 files, so we can search for them?
Edit: We just checked, no one I know that bought this too has the folder './common/MAGIX/common/MxSynth' Nonexistant on Win7,Win8 and one Vista System. We are working on a fix, it seems that when the software went live, then the STEAM Admins have not set the VITA components to published status, so STEAM is not downloading them. Unfortunately, in our Development version all the flags for the VITA components were set to published, so we would never see this error.
Once the VITA status has been corrected, then you should be able to repair the install by right clicking on the program name and going to properties. Then selecting Check File Integrity option, the additional files should then download. Sorry for the inconvienience.
A manual will always be installed with our software. Please click on the Windows Start Button - All Programs - Magix - click on your Magix Program and choose Documentation. Here you should find the PDF manual. You can also find the manual in the Help Menu of the software, under Help - PDF Manual. This is also where the links to online tutorials will be.
You can also find the manual on your hard drive: C: Program Data MAGIX Name of the MAGIX software manual.pdf. Submitted by Gast on Thu, - 19:00 Unpublished. Recording what is being played through your soundcard is very straightforward, it requires enabling your Stereo Mix (sometimes called Wave Out Mix).
Right click on the speaker icon by the clock in the lower right, and select Recording Devices. Stereo or Wave Out Mix will likely not be available.
If so go to Step 3. If you can see Stereo Mix go to Step 4. Right click in the 'blank area' and select 'Show Disabled Devices'. Now you should have a lot more items in the list. Find the one called 'What U Hear', 'Stereo Mix' or 'Wave Out Mix'. Submitted by Gast on Fri, - 16:15 Unpublished.
This FAQ will help customers of Samplitude Music Studio who wish to install their Soundpools into their program. Please load Samplitude Music Studio. From the Welcome screen choose download 'Free sound packs'. If you have previously disabled the Welcome screen you can also reach the same option by going to Manager (along the bottom) and then Soundpool. If the Soundpools have not been loaded then the download area will load. You can also go to the Help Menu and select the option Download instruments and sounds. This will start the Install Manager.
